Lakeside Activities & Recreation

Our private setting on Tripp Lake offers your team a myriad of options for structured team building activities or relaxation when you’re ready to take a break. Some ideas include:

  • Enjoy a casual stroll through our gardens, pine grove, and along the lake.
  • Relax on our lakefront patio, or in front of the fireplace, and enjoy a glass of wine.
  • Two-person team canoe races. Set up you brackets and race with our two canoes until you have a champion.
  • Break into two teams, get you duct tape, cardboard boxes, old sheets … and build your raft. Then take it on the lake and see whether you built a Kon-Tiki or a submarine.

The Wolf Cove Inn has several choices in on-site meeting locations, all with a beautiful view of Tripp Lake, to meet the needs of your team for your corporate retreats in Maine:

Wolf Cove - Eagles Nest -2Eagle’s Nest Cabin | 8-12 people

Newly built in 2016, the Eagle’s Nest cabin offers both a conference or living room setting away from the main Inn. This location provides exceptional privacy for your work. Lodging rental is optional with this space.

  • Dimensions – 13’x11.5’
  • Configuration options:
    • 12 people for conference room setting
    • 8 people for living room setting (love seat, arm chair, casual chairs)
  • Rates & Availability:
    • Available year around
    • $400-$650, seasonal discounts with minimum guest room rentals*

 

Wolf Cove - Maine Room-2
The Maine Room | 12-40 people

The Maine Room in the heart of the Inn offers a combination of a conference room-like setting and a more casual, living room, conversational setting. Lodging rental is required with this space.

  • Dimensions – 32’x23’
  • Configuration options:
    • 12-15 people for living room setting (love seats, easy chairs, couch, dining room chairs)
    • 14 people in conference setting using in place dining room tables and chairs
    • Groups up to 40 in conference, classroom or banquet setting using third party rented tables and chairs (additional fees apply)
  • Rates & Availability:
    • Available year around
    • To ensure your privacy, May through Oct we request all Inn rooms be rented*
    • $400-$800, seasonal discounts with minimum guest room rentals*

 

Wolf Cove - Sun Room -2The Sun Porch | 6-8 people

The Sun Porch is a private, casual meeting space overlooking Tripp Lake, adjacent to the Maine Room. Lodging rental the prior evening is required.

  • Dimensions: 25’x10’
  • Configuration options:
    • 6-8 in casual seating setting (love seat, patio furniture, side chairs)
    • 6-8 in conference table setting
  • Rates & Availability:
    • Available April-November only
    • $200-$400, seasonal discounts with minimum guest room rentals*

 

Amenities & Services:

  • Breakfast is included each morning for guests staying at the Inn the prior evening.
  • Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the Inn, as well as fax and photocopy services.
  • On Site Coach/Facilitator Available.
  • A monitor for computer display can be set up at one end of the room ($25/day charge.)
  • Catered lunch and dinner events for additional charge. Contact us for menus and pricing.

 

Logistics & Details

We work with many area caterers and can help organize your event for success. We also have a commercial kitchen and a full liquor license, so we can meet virtually all your needs. *Seasonal rates and minimum night stays for guest room rentals apply.
