While each room at our romantic bed and breakfast in Maine on Tripp Lake is unique, they all share something in common – luxurious comfort and convenience. All beds at the Wolf Cove Inn are fitted with luxury twill sheets from Comphy, bedding from InnStyle and micro-fleece blankets from Berkshire Blankets. Most mattresses/box springs are top of the line in comfort Stearns-Foster Airdale Pillowtop. Each room also has a flat screen LED TV with DIRECTV, free Wi-Fi access, comfy robes from Monarch Robe and free bottled Poland Spring water in each floor’s common refrigerator. In your bath you will find Gilchrist & Soames shampoo and conditioner and Greenwich Bay Trading soaps. All rooms have access to a refrigerator, microwave and a small set of cutlery, plates and glassware.
For those guests who love to travel with Fido and Rover, the Eagle’s Nest Cabin, the Winter Harbor Suite and the Rangeley Lake and Moosehead Lake Rooms are dog friendly.

Sugarloaf Mountain is home of the best and largest ski area east of the Rockies. Nestled in Carrabassett Valley, it lives up to the region’s slogan “from here on, your life will never be the same.” Rejuvenate in the Sugarloaf Mountain Suite as you take in the panoramic view of Tripp Lake and the gardens from your love seat in the sitting area, the wingback chairs next to the gas fireplace, or from the deluxe two-person whirlpool. Relax in the plush house bathrobes after your visit to the spacious bathroom that has a shower for two. Like Winter Harbor, three separate sets of window on two sides offer the best views at the Inn. This room provides for all your needs, you may never want to leave.

Winter Harbor is a working lobstermen/fishermen port on the north side of Frenchman's Bay and encompasses the Schoodic Point portion of Acadia National Park. This room has been newly renovated into a suite with a private bathroom that includes extra large shower, a spa tub and a double vanity. Enjoy the panoramic views of Tripp Lake from the bedroom's King bed. The sitting area also offers a wide view of the lake. Like Sugarloaf, this room sports the best views at the Inn from three set of windows on two sides. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa and you can bring Fido into this pet friendly suite. This suite’s modern bathroom also has ADA features such as a wide door, grab bars, a roll-under vanity sink and an ADA accessible tub/spa.

Mount Katahdin, in Baxter State Park, towers majestically as the highest peak in Maine. Romance is in the air in Mount Katahdin, an elegantly intimate getaway. Sebago Lake is one of the largest lakes in Maine and is the southern anchor to the Lakes Region of Maine. The room décor evokes images of your feet dangling in the lake from a quiet sandy beach chair. This corner room with windows on two sides overlooks the herb/perennial gardens, expansive lawn and has spectacular views of Tripp Lake, especially during sunrise and sunset. A queen bed will offer a place on which to rest your head for a good nights sleep.
Eagle's Nest Cabin

Brand new for the spring of 2016 this luxury cabin with open concept floor plan is nestled quietly in our pine grove. The living room has great lake and grove views. The bedroom area also has great lake views. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. You also have your own private porch with panoramic views of Tripp Lake. Enjoy a fireplace in the living room. Handicap accessible and ADA compliant. Dog friendly.
This cabin is perfect for your business retreat. The open floor plan is configurable as meeting space with conference table and chairs for up to ten people or a more casual environment. Connect to the flat screen TV for business presentations. Hi speed WIFI throughout the site.

The Bigelows form the northern ridges of the Carrabassett Valley. As you ski or hike down Sugarloaf Mountain, can you see an image of Chief Bigelow gently relaxing in the outline of the Bigelow Range? This room offers views of Jordan Shore Drive, the perennial gardens and lawns. You will sleep on a comfy queen bed. This room offers great value for your stay at the Wolf Cove Inn.

Flanked by Mt Katahdin to the northeast, Moosehead Lake is one the northern lakes in the Maine Lakes Region. The room décor evokes the feeling of a cool deep lake with a touch of morning fog. This corner spacious room overlooks Tripp Lake, the pine grove and the gardens from windows on two sides. The two twin beds can be made up to a king bed with advance notice. And Rover is welcome in this room too.

As you ski or hike down the Camden Snow Bowl you are treated to magnificent views of the waters, islands and peninsulas of beautiful Penobscot Bay. In this corner room with windows on two sides, transport yourself to relaxation in an easy chair and submerge yourself in the views of the towering pine grove and the glistening blues of Tripp Lake. Sporting a queen bed, Penobscot Bay has a private, detached bathroom about ten feet down the hall from the bedroom.

Rangeley Lake is located in the Western Mountains of Maine and is a mecca for snowmobiling in the winter and lazy summer days on the water in the summer. The décor of our Rangeley Lake room captures the crisp cool blues of Rangeley Lake and whites of the snow in the background mountains. The room has picturesque views of the herb and perennial gardens and expansive lawns, and sports a comfy queen bed.

Acadia National Park, on Mount Desert Island, is the only National park in New England and is breathtaking in its beauty. The colors in the room remind one of sunrise (Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park sees the first rays of the sun in the US each day) and the surrounding ocean and bay. This newly built corner grand suite has both a bedroom and a living room and enjoys picturesque views of Tripp Lake and the herb/perennial gardens from windows on two sides. Cuddle in front of the fireplace in the large sitting area, or unwind in a spacious luxury bath with spa.
