three nights ~ date restrictions may apply.
Group Discounts on rooms are available most Mondays thru Thursdays in our "Maine" season and always in our "Quiet" season. We can also arrange for catering for groups in our Grand Dining Room, and have a meeting room.
We offer a stunning lakeside venue for small weddings, team building retreats, golf buddy getaways, classmate reunions, Christmas or holiday celebrations, and club gatherings.

All Rates are based on double occupancy

There is a two-night minimum stay
for all Holidays and Special Event Weekends (Weddings, Parent - Camp
weekends, School Graduations, etc.). |
Check in is between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, unless
other arrangements have been made
Check out is 11:00 am. |
Reservations are guaranteed and acknowledged upon receipt of payment equal to one night's stay or half the total reservation, whichever is greater. Deposit if paying by check must be received within seven days. All room reservations require a deposit by Visa,
Master Card, Discover, American Express or Personal Check. Payment of
the balance for entire stay will be due upon check-in. |
Cancellation Policy
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. All cancellations are subject to a $30 fee per room reserved. Guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked.
Deposits will be refunded provided the cancellation is received 21 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (less the one time $30 fee).
If a last-minute cancellation (less than 21 days
prior to arrival) is necessary, the deposit is non-refundable and the guest is responsible for the balance of the reservation. If we are able to re-rent
your entire reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit minus our $30.00
processing fee.
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Groups with 3 or more rooms reserved will be required to provide 30 days notice of cancellation for a full refund (less the $30 fee per room); if less than 30 days is provided, the same terms and conditions as stated above will apply. For groups interested in reserving the entire inn or more than 3 rooms, please inquire about terms and conditions as they may vary.
