If you want a really good steak, Mac’s Grill is the place to go. Mac’s has been the finest steakhouse in the Auburn area for 20+ years. Mac’s offers couples and family seating, and a bar area with lots of TVs. You’ll find a terrific selection of local, craft beers that offers something different every time we go.

Once a Food Truck, this newly running restaurant has cozy, rustic, and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a meal that tastes as if it was harvested just for you. Fish Bones American Grill fuses American cuisine with multi-national flair. They source local seafood, meat and produce, turning it into wonderful appetizers and entrées. Set in a restored mill building, the place has great ambiance and energy. The menu changes seasonally.

You can get some of the best beer in Maine at Oxbow Beer Garden. It is a combination small touring center and brew pub. It has a really terrific vibe. On winter weekends, snow shoe or cross-country ski (rentals available) on the small network, then settle under an outdoor, heated A-frame or around the fire pits and enjoy pizza and suds (tons of options).

Davinci’s Italian Eatery offers extensive classic Italian dining options. Fresh soups, garlic knots (a signature item), brick oven pizzas and Italian specialty dishes round out the menu. Located in the historic Bates Mills Complex, the restaurant has beautiful brick and wood throughout, with high, industrial ceilings. There is a great vibe.

If they can get the ingredient in Maine, they do. In addition to your typical, lobster and clam shack, they also serve daily changing specialty seafood sandwiches and plates. Authentic they are. At The Lost Gull, there’ll be no lettuce or sweet corn relish on your lobster roll.
