About Us
The Den at Wolf Cove Inn is a boutique lakeside bar known for thoughtful cocktails, elevated dining experiences, and warm hospitality. Recently featured on Maine Life TV, The Den continues to grow as a destination for guests seeking a unique, high-quality experience.
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team in a part-time role with consistent weekday shifts and additional opportunities for weddings and special events.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady, part-time bartending position in a unique, elevated lakeside setting.
Schedule
- Mondays & Tuesdays (consistent weekly shifts)
- Additional shifts for weddings and events (primarily weekends, as needed)
- Evening hours
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and attention to detail
- Deliver warm, professional service in a boutique guest environment
- Bartend for weddings, private events, and special dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar
- Follow established recipes and ensure consistency across all drinks
- Support a smooth and efficient bar operation during service
Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience required (craft cocktail experience preferred)
- Strong hospitality and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized during service
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working evening shifts and occasional weekends for events
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$22 per hour + tips
